Job summary: Greenlight Bookstore’s Human Resources Manager runs the daily functions of the HR Department, which includes hiring and interviewing candidates, directing and collaborating with the Training/Scheduling Manager on employee onboarding and offboarding, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices.  (See attached file at the bottom of this page for full description and details.)

We're always accepting applications for booksellers, though we may not be hiring at the moment. Our ideal bookseller candidate is comfortable engaging everyone that comes through our doors in conversations about books and merchandise. No previous bookstore experience is required, but candidates should have the desire to learn about books and the bookselling industry.
