At BAM Fishman Space

Greenlight and BAM present a special Unbound event, as part of BAM’s day of free programming for Martin Luther King, Jr. Day. Black Lives Matter co-founder Patrisse Cullors and author asha bandele celebrate the launch of When They Call You a Terrorist: A Black Lives Matter Memoir. This poetic memoir and reflection on humanity recounts the birth of Black Lives Matter, serving as a necessary and timely reminder that protest in the interest of the most vulnerable comes from love. Book signing to follow.

As part of the 32nd Annual Brooklyn Tribute to Martin Luther King, Jr., this special edition of Unbound will be general admission. Admittance will be on a first come, first seated basis on the day of the talk. The Fishman Space is located at 321 Ashland Pl.
