Join us for our new tradition of a Monthly Movie Night live on Flatbush Ave. Each month, we will feature classic books that have stood the test of time and their modern film counterparts that can hold their own. For the inaugural month, we'll be screening the movie Passing starring Tessa Thompson and Ruth Negga. Based on the novel by Nella Larsen, the highly acclaimed 2021 adaptation explores the fluidity of racial identity in this tragic tale that still resonates today.
