Heather Greene presents Whisk(e)y Distilled: A Populist Guide to the Water of Life
Discussion and whiskey tasting

Single malt Scotches. Blended Scotches. Bourbons. Ryes. Irish whiskeys. You name it, Heather Greene knows it. As the current Director of the Whiskey School at the Flatiron Room in Manhattan and the “New York Dame of Drinks” (NY Post), there is no one better to introduce a thirsty audience to the spirit known as whiskey. In her new book Whisk(e)y Distilled, Greene draws on her experience of dealing with the public daily at her Whiskey 101 classes and answering thousands of questions over the years. Not merely a history or tasting guide, Greene’s book takes readers on a journey through what whiskey is, how to nose, how to start a collection and most importantly, how to find what kind of whiskey you like. Greene offers a talk and tasting of a few of her favorites at Greenlight, followed by a book signing.
