Series editor Holly Hughes presents this year’s Best Food Writing, with a panel featuring the writers behind this year’s offering of delicious food, colorful characters, and tales of strange and wonderful food adventures. For seventeen years, this anthology has served up today’s most exciting food writing, and this year’s edition promises to continue in that tradition. Hughes presents a panel in celebration of her latest anthology, featuring Elissa Altman, author of Treyf and Poor Man’s Feast, Jason Diamond, founder of Vol. 1 Brooklyn, Keith Pandolfi, writer and former editor at Saveur and Serious Eats, and Greg Rosalsky, associate producer of “Freakonomics Radio.” They will read from their work and discuss the year's hottest culinary trends.
