Adam Roberts, creator of the popular blog The Amateur Gourmet, devoted a year of his life to learning what separates the experts from the rest of us and how to make restaurant-worthy meals at home. Now Adam brings together several of his favorite great local chefs for a star-studded discussion of their own secrets and those they’ve learned from others! Adam will be joined by Amanda Hesser, former food editor of The New York Times Magazine and cofounder of Food52 as well as a cookbook author, and Jonathan Waxman, chef and owner of Barbuto in Manhattan's West Village.
